Join us for a fun day of celebrating health, mental wellness, community and connection all while supporting a great cause “More Than Fitness”, a local non-profit that addresses mental health issues in young people through mindfulness and fitness.

You can expect 20+ local health and wellness vendors offering insights into their services, live fitness demonstrations and educational tools to guide you to be the best version of yourself.
