John Cargill of DNREC will present on the trout stocking program to the Red Clay Creek, highlighting the historical and ongoing contamination concerns, and the 2017/2018 study that justified the restart of trout stocking.
John Cargill, IV is a co-leader of the Delaware’s DNREC Watershed Approach to Toxics Assessment and Restoration (WATAR) program. In addition to his WATAR role, John also manages Delaware’s fish advisory program and oversees contamination assessment and cleanup projects affecting surface water, sediments, and aquatic resources.
